My Night Time Quick Trip To Meijer

I made a trip to Meijer yesterday afternoon and only brought with me the coupons I was planning to use for that trip. Well, wouldn't you know that I saw some things that were on sale and/or clearance that I had good coupons for! :/ Lesson: Always bring all of your coupons with you because you just never know when you'll come across an awesome deal! LOL So....I made a quick run back to Meijer last night (with ALL of my coupons) and this is what I got.....

Two Jay's Potato Chips - $3.99ea.
On sale for - 2/$5
Used (1) $1/2 Jay's Potato Chip coupon ( I don't remember when I clipped this one from the paper)

Two Bisquick 40oz - $3.59ea
On Sale for - $2.99ea.

One Tennessee Pride Country Sausage - $3.89
On Sale for - $2.69
Used (1) $.75 off any Tennessee Pride Sausage coupon (from the 6/19 RedPlum insert)
Total Cost: $1.94

One Sara Lee French Silk Pie - $6.29
Was on clearance for - $4.40
Used (1) $1 off any Sara Lee Sweet Goods Product coupon (from the 8/7 RedPlum insert)
Total Cost: $3.40  ***I can't wait to eat this one*** =)

One Rubbermaid Pitcher - $3.37
On sale for - $3.00
Used (1) $1 Off any (1) Rubbermaid Beverage Pitcher, Bottle or Carafe coupon (from the 6/26 RedPlum insert)
Total Cost: $2.00

One Energizer Rechargeable Digital Camera Battery - $29.99
On clearance for a whopping - $2.99!!!!
Super cheap battery for my camera =)
Total Cost: $2.99

This lot of stuff would have cost me $58.07 (before tax).
After sales/clearance and coupons, I paid $19.11 (before tax)!
That's a savings of about 67% - nothing to brag about, but definitely better than paying full price =)
